We are looking for an In-Store Marketing (ISM) Designer for a 3-month engagement, with possible extension till the end of the year. In this role, you will create and execute customer-facing design solutions that support a consistent and engaging customer experience across Store Experience Graphics. You will translate creative direction and business objectives into visually compelling work that supports the customer journey and reinforces the client's brand. Partnering with Creative, Marketing, Store Experience, Project Management, and Production teams, you will deliver high-quality, brand-aligned creative that is both visually impactful and production-ready while supporting consistency across channels.

Responsibilities



  • Design and execute customer-facing creative across Store Experience Graphics.
  • Translate creative direction and business objectives into effective visual communications.
  • Develop projects from concept through final production, ensuring alignment with brand standards and creative intent.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet technical, execution, and channel-specific requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives and cohesive customer experiences across channels.
  • Collaborate with Production to ensure accurate and timely execution of creative assets.
  • Maintain organized project files and support asset management best practices.
  • Additional tasks may be assigned


Required



  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.


Preferred



  • 2-5 years of experience in graphic design, retail design, marketing design, or a related creative discipline.
  • Experience supporting retail, omni-channel marketing, or customer experience design initiatives.
