As a Security Officer - Warehouse Access in Flagstaff, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and support daily security-related operations. In this role, you will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or delivery documentation, maintain visitor and vehicle logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, yard, dock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and support established post orders.
• Communicate with drivers, employees, contractors, and visitors regarding access requirements, directional information, and site rules while supporting orderly traffic flow at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
