ThePart-Time RegisteredNurse (RN)serves as aclinical resource withinMaineHealth ambulatory Pediatric Specialty Care in Portland, ME, providingcomprehensive, family-centered nursingsupport across multiplepediatric specialty divisions. This benefits-eligibleposition delivers directpatient care, conductsassessments and triage, coordinates care, administers medications andtreatments,and provides educationto patients andfamilies. This Registered Nurse willcollaborate with providersand interdisciplinary teamsto ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care whileadapting to theunique workflows andpatient populations ofvarious specialty clinics. The position requiresstrong clinical judgment, excellent communicationskills, and theflexibilityto float betweendivisions to meetoperational and patientcare needs.

Summary:
The MH Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care role provides high quality care to patients and families calling or presenting for care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, and performs a wide variety of patient care services to assist physicians/advanced practice practitioners in delivering excellent care to patients of the practice.
MH RN II: This level is competent in their clinical role and has demonstrated the ability to care for most patients assigned. Though not able to care for every patient type within their area of hire, demonstrates how to obtain the appropriate resources to develop required skills and knowledge over time. This level included automatic advancement after 1 year as a RN I - must be in good standing and meets RN I requirements.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
3. Experience: One year of recent RN experience required. Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).

The pay range for this position is $34.35to $46.46 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
