Hotel Food & Beverage Manager

Join our team and lead daily restaurant and food & beverage operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing team members, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily restaurant and food & beverage operations.
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
  • Manage scheduling, productivity, and employee performance.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, inventory, and cost controls.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and department leaders to achieve hotel goals.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant or food & beverage management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost control practices.
  • ServSafe and alcohol awareness certification (or ability to obtain).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial reporting is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
