Ready to make a visible impact on high-profile electrical construction projects? RK is hiring an HSE Superintendent-Electrical to help lead safety across the Denver market. You'll work closely with field teams, project leadership, subcontractors, and clients to strengthen jobsite safety, reduce risk, support compliance, and build a culture where every team member can work safely and confidently. What You'll Lead

• Lead RK's health and safety programs in alignment with federal, state, customer, and company requirements.
• Support safer jobsites through inspections, safety surveys, corrective actions, and consistent follow-up.
• Advise HSE leadership and project teams on compliance, prevention strategies, site-specific safety plans, and safety supply needs.
• Deliver and coordinate safety training, orientations, meetings, and refresher sessions for employees and field teams.
• Investigate incidents and near misses, identify root causes, complete reports, and recommend practical improvements.
• Partner with project leadership, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to monitor safety performance, support OSHA inspections, maintain contract safety requirements, and help reduce corporate EMR.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of construction field and safety experience, with electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in safety or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical safety experience preferred; Electrical Journeyman License preferred or ability to obtain.
• Relevant safety credentials preferred, including GSP, STSC, and OSHA 510.
• Ability to travel to job sites and build strong working relationships with field teams.
• Strong organization, computer, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Supervisory experience managing direct reports and subcontractors preferred.
