Marketing Manager

Allied Universal is hiring a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Operations Manager is a key member of the marketing team responsible for supporting campaign execution primarily focused on our Facility Solutions division with additional responsibilities related to various corporate initiatives. This role serves as a subject matter expert on marketing campaign execution, ZoomInfo, and related sales and marketing technologies while partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Revenue Operations to improve operational efficiency, demand generation, and campaign performance.

This position combines technical expertise with business process optimization to help ensure sales and marketing teams have accurate data, streamlined workflows, actionable reporting, and the tools needed to effectively generate and convert business opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing & Campaign Execution

Lead campaign setup, email build, lead imports, list pulls, audience creation, and campaign tracking.
• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for sales and marketing technology platforms, including system configuration, user support, training, licensing, and platform optimization.
• Leverage data, intent signals, contact intelligence, and account insights to support demand generation, prospecting, account-based marketing (ABM), and business development initiatives.
• Utilize data management and enrichment tools to automate data cleansing, standardization, duplicate prevention, and ongoing database maintenance.
• Support integrations between CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, and other sales enablement technologies.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve sales effectiveness, marketing operations, and data quality.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom reporting to provide visibility into pipeline performance, proposal activity, campaign results, sales performance, and key business metrics.

Data Optimization

• Maintain data integrity through ongoing data quality initiatives, duplicate management, data cleansing, validation rules, and data governance processes for effective campaign execution.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and custom reporting to provide visibility into pipeline performance, proposal activity, campaign results, sales performance, and key business metrics.
• Coordinating campaign follow-up and conversion of engagements to meetings, opportunities, and wins.
• Assist with optimization of lead lifecycle management from initial capture through sales qualification.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, IT, and corporate support teams to identify, prioritize, and implement improvements while ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

• Experience
  • Background in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, or a related business operations role.
  • Hands-on administration of ZoomInfo or a similar sales intelligence platform.
  • Knowledge of CRM data management, cleansing, and governance best practices.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email campaign execution.
  • Ability to build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Exposure to demand generation or business development initiatives preferred.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing principles and campaign strategies.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Salesforce or other CRM platform proficiency, including data governance best practices.

  • Experience leveraging ZoomInfo for prospecting, enrichment, account intelligence, and ABM initiatives.

  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).

  • Experience executing and tracking marketing campaigns.

  • Basic HTML knowledge.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer-service mindset with the ability to support and train cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

• Experience with Validity DemandTools or comparable data quality solutions
• Marketo certifications
• Experience with Salesforce Flow or automation tools.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
• Knowledge of HTML for email editing.
• Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
• Familiarity with API integrations and marketing technology ecosystems.
• Experience working with enterprise sales organizations.
