Role Responsibilities As a Manager, Global Corporate Strategy supporting the Strategic Planning function of Western Union, you will play a critical leadership role in the development, execution, and performance management of Western Union's enterprise strategy. You will partner closely with senior leaders across business units and functions to lead strategic planning cycles, ensure alignment to enterprise priorities and drive progress on strategic initiatives globally. This role requires analytical rigor, hypothesis-driven thinking, and executive communication skills combined with an ownership mindset. You will guide and influence stakeholders across the organization, deliver executive ready insights and materials, and lead high-impact strategic efforts that shape the future of Western Union. Salary The base salary range is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year; total on-target earnings include a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
