Product Quality Specialist

Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, evaluate, and test various Home Appliance Product Categories' top symptoms and issues, identify root causes and corrective actions with internal teams, HQ, and Factories.
• KPI analysis and monitoring.
• Review VOC/escalations received from the field.
• Additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of HA experience w/ in-home service experience & Home appliance product management, development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of product development or management process and experience with home appliance-related field (3-5 2-4years).
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and product design.
• Experience with quality analysis, product testing, and validation.
• Proficient w/ Excel, PPT, & computer savvy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to deep dive to perform root cause analysis.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze costs related to manufacturing, labor, and materials.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to shipping and production.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
