A Taste of What You'll Do As a Market Development Manager, Retail Wine & Spirits, you will play a critical role in maximizing the sale and distribution of Gallo brands across retail accounts. Working closely with distributor partners, you will execute sales and marketing strategies, identify opportunities to drive growth, and help deliver exceptional business results in your market. You will serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and advocate for our brands while building strong relationships with distributor sales teams, management, and retail customers. In this highly visible role, you will strategically prioritize opportunities, analyze market trends and competitive activity, and use data-driven insights to influence decisions that accelerate growth. You will support distributor teams through coaching, training, and execution of sales programs while leveraging technology and digital tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and drive action. Success in this role requires a strong commercial mindset, the ability to influence without authority, and a passion for developing people and brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, support consumer engagement initiatives, champion innovation, and represent Gallo in the marketplace as a brand ambassador.
