How will you power what's possible? Job Summary
Serves as a key contributor in advancing the organization's inclusion strategy across sites, functions, and business units. Coordinates and executes enterprise inclusion initiatives that foster a culture of belonging, engagement, and respect. Provides project coordination, stakeholder support, program analytics, and operational leadership to ensure successful implementation of inclusion programs and events. Partners closely with leaders, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), external organizations, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance awareness, participation, and alignment with organizational goals. Utilizes data and insights to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and support continuous improvement of inclusion efforts while contributing to Southwire's mission of being an Extraordinary Place to Work. High School Diploma 5-7 Years Experience Field(s) of Expertise: Employee engagement, inclusion programs, project coordination, communications, human resources, organizational development, or related experience Preferred Education & Experience
Associate's degree Specialized Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Diversity & Inclusion, or related field Certificates/Licenses: Diversity, Inclusion, Human Resources, Project Management, or related professional certification Spans of Control
