JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting parts inquiries, quotes, orders, pickups, and returns.
  • Use company systems and handheld technology to manage parts orders, inventory, and fulfillment activities.
  • Receive, stock, pick, verify, and stage parts accurately to ensure timely order completion.
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including packaging, documentation, returns processing, and shipment coordination.
  • Support will-call operations by assisting customers, verifying order accuracy, and prioritizing urgent requests.
  • Conduct quality checks on inventory, orders, packaging, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy and service excellence.
  • Assist with hose room operations, including hose assembly, inventory management, customer support, and cross-training.
  • Maintain a safe, organized workplace while participating in training, inventory activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Regularly lift, move, and position equipment and parts weighing up to 50 pounds.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in parts operations, warehouse distribution, hose fabrication and customer service required.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Forklift experience
  • Strong customer focus with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize competing responsibilities, and accurately resolve discrepancies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
