Reporting to the AS Product Integration Manager, the AS Associate Product Manager partners with Product Managers and crossfunctional teams to execute sales enablement and sampling initiatives supporting new product launches and ongoing programs. The position manages the development of technically accurate sales tools, training materials, and sampling assets; analyzes program performance metrics; engages architects and designers to inform visualization and customer experience improvements; and maintains standard work to support launch readiness and continuous improvement, enabling effective commercialization and selling. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Supply Chain, Digital, Fulfillment Centers, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Product Design to develop technically accurate sales materials supporting new product launches and sampling programs aligned with business case objectives.
- Execute endtoend project management for sales tools, coordinating work from concept through production and distribution.
- Project manage new product launch initiatives and ongoing sampling improvements to meet ontime and onbudget requirements.
- Partner with AS Business Leadership and the AS Product Team to develop, maintain, and update strategic plans informed by Field Sales feedback.
- Track, analyze, and report metrics related to sampling and sales activities, effectiveness, and overall business impact.
- Develop training materials for the Samples Team, Product Managers, Sales Team, Customer Fulfillment Centers, AS Operations, and distributors to support effective product positioning and selling.
- Provide guidance and materials to internal and external training facilities.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including fulfillment centers and manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate with external agencies to develop technical, promotional, and educational assets across print, digital, video, and other formats.
- Engage with architects and designers to understand visualization needs and identify factors influencing specification and decisionmaking.
- Support Product Managers and New Product Development teams by providing input on timelines, customer requirements, and cost considerations.
- Develop and maintain standard work and best practices to ensure complete product setup at launch and drive continuous improvement in sampling processes.
- Analyze product lines and competitive offerings to identify opportunities to improve sampling capabilities and maximize return on investment.
- Provide additional product management support as assigned, including assistance with product lifecycle activities, new product introductions, and events.

- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept through execution, delivering on time and within budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear technical sales materials and training content for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence outcomes in a matrix environment and build effective relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and interpreting program metrics; foundational understanding of cost tracking and basic financial concepts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience partnering with external agencies/vendors to produce print, digital, and video assets (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Familiarity with sampling programs, fulfillment workflows, and/or manufacturing/operations coordination preferred.
- Experience with product launch support, commercialization readiness, or sales enablement preferred.
- Comfort engaging architects/designers and translating insights into improved tools and experiences preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, product management, operations, supply chain, design, engineering, or a related field required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in product support, marketing programs, sales enablement, operations, project management, or a related commercial function.
- Technical background or knowledge of Armstrong product line is desired.
