Are you a sales professional with experience in Automotive Aftermarket, Agriculture, Industrial Distribution, Construction, or Manufacturing?

An industry-leading provider of industrial fasteners and supply chain solutions is seeking a Strategic Outside Sales Representative to grow business across the Midwest. This role focuses on developing new accounts, managing key customer relationships, and delivering customized fastening, kitting, and inventory solutions to manufacturing clients.

What You'll Bring:

• Outside sales experience in industrial products, fasteners, aftermarket parts, MRO, Ag equipment, or related industries
• Proven success developing new business and growing existing accounts
• Experience selling into Agricultural, Industrial, Construction, RV, or Manufacturing markets
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory
