We are hiring for Quality Control Chemist II, at our Minneapolis production facility in New Hope, MN. These testing technicians perform inspection on a range of work to detect defects and maintain quality standards.

This position typically pays from $24.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience, education, training, and certifications. Padagis also offers a 5% quarterly incentive bonus plan and a comprehensive employee benefits plan.

Job duties:



  • Tests raw material and in-process product samples according to established procedures and documents those tests appropriately.
  • Responsible for chemistry method validations and equipment qualification.
  • May create or recommend modifications to test methods, and SOPs.
  • Records results and conformance to acceptance plans.
  • Enters data on control charts and notifies others of out-of-specification conditions.


    Required qualifications:



    • Some related college, Associate's degree, vocational training,or certification
    • four or more (4+) years of related experience;


    OR



    • Bachelor's degree one or more (1+) years of related experience
