Now hiring for a Quality Assurance Inspector

Location: Frankfort, KY

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:3 PM - 12:30 AM | Monday - Friday + some weekends

Train for 2 to 3 weeks on the 1st shift from 5 AM - 2:30 PM

As a Quality Assurance Inspector in Frankfort, your job is to protect the process. You'll check, measure, and approve the work that keeps production moving forward.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of Quality Assurance experience-also experience using gauges
  • Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, or similar equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and inspection standards
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects
  • Ability to accurately document inspection results and quality issues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to work overtime, including every other Sunday during peak production



Job Duties

  • Inspect plastic, metal, and foam components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Measure parts using precision gauges and inspection equipment
  • Identify, document, and report product defects and quality concerns
  • Follow established inspection procedures and maintain accurate quality records
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety policies
  • Work closely with production teams to support quality improvements
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform additional quality assurance duties as assigned
