Redwire Space is seeking a MultiDomain Strategy and Analyst Fellow through the DoD SkillBridge Program for up to six months in our Chantilly, VA office. This opportunity is ideal for a transitioning military officer with significant experience in multidomain operations, strategic analysis, or seniorlevel planning within the National Security Space and defense enterprise.

Redwire is an innovative space and defense technology company delivering advanced capabilities for our national security customers. We are looking for a collaborative leader who can help shape new mission areas, guide strategic choices, and support analytic efforts that inform the design, development, and employment of nextgeneration space and multidomain systems. Work spans space domain awareness, mission resiliency, cyberspace integration, autonomy, sensors, structures, and emerging mission concepts across VLEO to cislunar space.


In this role, you will

Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and program teams to develop multidomain operational concepts, evaluate new mission opportunities, and structure analysis that supports organizational decisions and mission growth. You will help build strategic frameworks, assess alternatives, and prepare executivelevel products that guide both internal leadership and customer engagements. You will work with a team to solve tough problems, especially when the work involves shaping new mission areas, building capability, or helping an organization move in a new direction.


Responsibilities

* Engage with senior executives on multi-domain strategy, mission growth, investment prioritization, and technology decision-making.

* Develop and contribute to multidomain operational concepts integrating space, air, and missionlevel considerations.

* Thrives in ambiguity and collaborative environments.

*Support analytic efforts evaluating mission utility, CONOPS, investment prioritization, and capability gaps for emerging mission areas.

* Build strategy frameworks, assessments, and decisionsupport products to clarify options and recommend courses of action for internal research and development.

* Prepare executivelevel materials including briefs, memos, presentations, and analytic summaries for CEO and C-Suite.

* Collaborate across technical and program teams to advance mission autonomy, space domain awareness, resiliency, and multidomain integration across air, space, and Golden Dome activities.

* Knowledge of emerging DoD and IC trends, threats, technologies, and mission needs.

* Support projects involving operational analysis, strategy development, modeling and simulation, and portfolio-level assessments.


Ideal Experience

* US citizenship required.

* Experience working with DoD and/or IC partners.

* Led analytical and technical teams across portfolio strategy, operations research, policy, investment planning, and organizational alignment

* Strong desire to grow professionally within Defense National Security Space and defense sector.

* Demonstrated leadership in strategy development, analytic planning, or multidomain mission design.

* Ability to clearly present complex insights to internal and external stakeholders.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight travel.


Desired Experience

* Master's degree preferred.

* Broad experience across operational planning, strategy development, modeling, simulation, or mission analysis at OSD CAPE, Space Force, and NRO.

* Familiarity with National Security Space and multidomain trends, programs, and emerging technologies.

* Ability to research and evaluate new capabilities, technologies, and mission applications. *Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and problemsolving skill.
