Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build analytics that correlatewafer yield outcomeswithTEL etch plasma systemprocess data and equipment-relevant parameters.
  • Develop models/feature sets that capture relationships between plasma/etch behavior and manufacturing metrics (e.g., yield, defect trends, process stability).
  • Create automated dashboards and reporting to track process performance over time and by tool/recipe lot.
  • Perform data preparation and validation, including data quality checks, standardization, and alignment of recipe/equipment events with wafer results.
  • Support root-cause investigations using statistical and machine learning approaches to explain performance shifts and yield excursions.
  • Translate analytic findings into actionable guidance for process engineering teams (recipe tuning suggestions, monitoring thresholds, process window adjustments).
