Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and operational methods. Partner with engineering and operations teams to introduce new products and support product improvements. Implement engineering change requests and process enhancements. Analyze manufacturing and test data to drive continuous improvement. Estimate manufacturing costs and establish process standards. Perform root cause investigations and corrective actions. Support PFMEA activities and new product development initiatives. Improve product quality, efficiency, and manufacturability using DFx principles. What We Are Looking For Manufacturing Engineering experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement experience Experience supporting assembly, manufacturing, or test operations Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering teams Excellent communication and documentation skills Work Environment This role may require extended standing, walking, lifting, bending, use of hand and power tools, and working in clean room environments with PPE requirements.
