Position Summary

The People Success Center (PSC) manages transactional, administrative, and standardized HR services through a centralized team, allowing CPO Specialists to focus on more specialized and strategic activities. The PSC also provides user support and guidance across the organization on HR systems, processes, and policies.

The Human Resource Coordinator is expected to have general knowledge of standard human resources processes and supports the strategy of the People Success Center by delivering professional HR services to the business.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage Human Resources-related queues by providing Level 1 support, responding to inquiries, assigning and routing tickets, and closing requests as appropriate.
  • Explain and provide guidance regarding HR policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain personnel files, including filing and maintaining documentation.
  • Advise branch staff on Level 1 associate relations matters and conflict resolution, escalating issues when appropriate.
  • Support Level 1 complaint management activities, including tracking, providing resources, and offering guidance.
  • Search files, databases, and reference materials to obtain necessary information.
  • Liaise with departments and business partners to improve communication and operational effectiveness.
  • Provide administrative support to CPO teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.



Education & Experience



  • High school diploma or six months of related experience.
  • General knowledge of human resource practices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Work Environment

This position is primarily performed in a remote or hybrid work environment with a suitable workspace that is free from distractions and excessive background noise. Compliance with all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations is required.

Physical requirements include:



  • Sitting or standing for extended periods.
  • Walking short distances as needed.
  • Regular communication through speaking, listening, and written correspondence.
  • Adjusting vision for both close and distance viewing.
  • Stooping, kneeling, bending, or crouching.
  • Lifting up to 25 pounds.

The anticipated hourly pay rate for this position in the US is $19.23 - $24.50. The hourly pay rate offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
