REQUIRED: BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon- Fri

Location: In-office Stafford, TX

About the Role

We're looking for a Skilled Trades Field Recruiter to help fill job orders for heavy manufacturing and industrial clients. This role focuses on recruiting Welders, Fitters, Machine Operators, CNC Machinists, Fabricators, Maintenance Technicians, and other skilled trade professionals.

You'll work directly from the branch, build relationships in the community, interview candidates, and keep a strong pipeline of qualified workers ready for open positions.

What You'll Do


  • Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates for skilled trades and manufacturing positions.
  • Fill job orders quickly while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Build candidate pipelines through referrals, job boards, social media, trade schools, vocational programs, and community outreach.
  • Maintain regular contact with active candidates and employees.
  • Match candidates' skills, experience, and availability with customer needs.
  • Write and post job advertisements.
  • Conduct orientations, onboarding, background checks, drug screens, and employment verification.
  • Attend hiring events, job fairs, and local workforce development activities.
  • Keep candidate records and recruiting activity updated in company systems.
  • Partner with branch leadership and client to prioritize openings and staffing needs.


What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, construction, or skilled trades roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple job orders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable networking in the community and building talent pipelines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
