Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Compact Construction Equipment Evaluation Analyst to join our team. This role involves evaluating potential trade-in equipment, coordinating reconditioning efforts, and assisting in the marketing and promotion of used equipment and attachments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate Trade-In Equipment: Assess all potential trade-in equipment related to compact construction machinery.
* Collaborate for Validation: Work closely with team members to validate and assign accurate trade values.
* Identify Trade Status: Determine whether machines should be classified as wholesale or retail at the time of trade evaluation.
* Coordinate Reconditioning: Assist in organizing the reconditioning of traded equipment to ensure it is ready for sale.
* Marketing Support: Aid in the marketing efforts for used compact construction equipment and attachments, including writing detailed machine descriptions and monitoring listings for accuracy.
* Certified Used Program: Help create and maintain an effective process to promote the Certified Used program.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Experience in evaluating and appraising construction equipment.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills.

* Analytical mindset - able to review, summarize, and establish trends with data.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in assessments and descriptions.
* Knowledge of the compact construction equipment market.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* High School Diploma or GED required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with reconditioning processes for construction equipment.
* Experience in marketing and sales of used machinery.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools for equipment evaluation and listing management.
