TITLE: Senior Accountant EMPLOYER: AES Clean Energy Services LLC LOCATION: 2180 S 1300 E #500, Salt Lake City, UT 84106 DUTIES: Monitor AES' P2P Processes and ensure optimal process efficiency by ensuring the proper implementation of SAP GUI and FIORI; Identify areas that require improvement in the overall P2P Process and make suggestions based on AES' specific project management capabilities. Conduct IRS Process reviews. Handle reconciliation process escalation for AP Accounts (GRIR and Trade Payables). Utilizing AES-tailored SAP System. Identify downpayment process improvements and reporting. Reclassify them to the right accounts. Improve payment processes for P2P processes by applying international experience gained with AES. Leverage strong relationship with AES' Share Service Center in Argentina to align AES Clean Energy's accounts payable processes with the global accounts payable processes used in Argentina that operating in alignment with AES' global IT infrastructure. Monitor Accounts Payable inquiries utilizing AES-tailored SAP system. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Industrial Organization, Finance or closely related field and 3 years of accounting experience.
