MEP Senior Project Manager

NV5 is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Americas Mission Critical team and service our clients nationally as needs dictate. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and well versed in commissioning, project management, facility engineering, construction, and operations. The market served will include mission critical. Duties and responsibilities related to this position are listed below. Oversees one or more large-sized and complex projects. Projects generally have multiple disciplines, may have sub-consultants, and require a high level of project management experience. Responsible for the overall supervision of projects which are assigned to ensure that the project conforms to the contractual agreement the firm has made with the client. Responsibilities
Prepares the contractual agreement with the client for review and signature by NV5 staff based on the commitment authority matrix.
Qualifications *Recommended 10-15 years of progressive Project Management experience or an equivalent combination of combination of consulting engineering experience and project management experience (with a minimum of seven years of project management experience). *Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Construction Management from an accredited University with a minimum of five to eight years' experience or vocational technical degree with at least 11 years' experience.
