Shape what's next with BCD Process Manager, Operations Strategy & Optimization (Remote) Full time, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, France If you live in the Warsaw area, this will be a hybrid role working in-office 50% monthly. If you live in the Krakow and Rzeszow areas, this will be a hybrid role working in-office at least one day per week. The Process Manager for Operations Strategy & Optimization is responsible for defining, enabling, and continuously improving operational service delivery. This role partners across Operations, Technology, Product, Implementation, Training, and Leadership teams to align on scalable service solutions, optimize processes, support operational readiness, and drives initiatives to improve consistency, productivity, performance, and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is a consultative, strategic thinker who can translate business needs into practical, scalable, and sustainable operational solutions.

As a Process Manager, Operations Strategy & Optimization, you will
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify business requirements and design processes that align with business objectives and best practices
- Partner with operations to identify servicing needs, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities
- Provide recommendations and future-state solutions that align operational capabilities with business needs
- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency, service consistency, quality, and customer outcomes
- Support the successful implementation of new technologies, operational initiatives, and service model changes
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to support operational readiness for technology initiatives
- Support testing, adoption planning, communication, training support, and post-implementation stabilization activities
- Assist with organizational change initiatives, transformation efforts, and operational improvement programs
About you
- Prior corporate travel experience
- Experience in operations, process improvement, project management, consulting, or program management
- Experience designing and documenting requirements, processes, workflows, and scope of services
- Knowledge of GDS Amadeus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

This position is advertised across multiple international locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- United States: 70,000 - 85,000 USD
- Spain: 28,000 - 38,000 EUR
- France: 40,000-60,000 EUR
- Poland: 113,000-154,000 PLN
- Germany: 60,000-70,000 EUR
- Netherlands: 57,000-74,000 EUR
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
