You'll be at the heart of bringing creative visions to stores, playing a crucial role in project execution and the overall brand presentation.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to step into a dynamic, hands-on coordination role. You'll be instrumental in supporting the execution of marketing programs across numerous retail stores, ensuring every detail is perfect and every campaign is delivered flawlessly. If you thrive on keeping projects organized, collaborating with diverse teams and external partners, and meticulously managing details to bring marketing materials to life in a retail environment, this is the perfect challenge for you!

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate in-store marketing projects, collaborating seamlessly across multiple internal teams and external vendors.
  • Act as a key liaison with vendors, managing artwork uploads, communicating essential feedback, and diligently overseeing projects through revisions to successful completion.
  • Develop and maintain crystal-clear project details, encompassing objectives, messaging, deliverables, specifications, and crucial implementation requirements.
  • Perform thorough reviews of marketing graphics and materials, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency at every stage of development.
  • Assist in proofing store communications, verifying that all project and implementation information is precise and correct.
  • Manage graphic attributes and other vital project data using Excel and various internal systems.
  • Provide exceptional support by responding to questions and requests submitted by stores through the team's dedicated support ticketing system.
  • Support the process of vendor estimates and the collection of co-op information.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of impactful presentations and project decks.
  • Foster strong coordination with Brand Creative, Merchandising, Store Experience, Category Marketing, and other essential cross-functional partners.
  • Proactively troubleshoot issues and diligently follow through on questions, corrections, and all project-related needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience coordinating marketing, creative, retail, events, production, or similar projects.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple requests and competing deadlines.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise interactions.
  • Direct experience working with vendors, clients, customers, or cross-functional partners.
  • Comfort and proficiency working with Excel and maintaining accurate project or marketing data.
  • A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
  • The ability to create or update presentations and clearly document project information.
  • A customer-service mindset, coupled with a proactive willingness to investigate and resolve problems.
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative while consistently keeping stakeholders informed.

Nice to Have

  • Prior retail, shopper, brand, or in-store marketing experience.
  • Experience reviewing creative assets, artwork, signage, or printed marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with ticketing or request-management systems.
  • Exposure to merchandising, store operations, experiential marketing, creative production, or agency environments.
  • Experience coordinating projects that involve multiple physical locations.

Why Apply?

  • Gain invaluable hands-on experience supporting in-store marketing for a major national retail brand.
  • Expand your professional network by working across marketing, creative, merchandising, vendor, and store teams.
  • Build practical experience managing projects from initial concept and artwork through to real-world store execution.
  • Join a role where your organization, communication, and problem-solving skills will have an immediate and visible impact.
  • Leverage your transferable marketing coordination experience to excel in this role, even without years of specialized in-store marketing expertise.
