Your Job As a Director of Corporate Strategy supporting Global Sales & Marketing (GSM), you will help shape and execute the strategic priorities that drive Molex's growth and commercial performance. You will partner closely with GSM leadership, regional sales leaders, business units, and global capabilities to identify opportunities, solve complex business challenges, and translate strategy into measurable results. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, helping advance initiatives related to commercial excellence, customer segmentation, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and revenue growth. Success in this role requires strong analytical problem solving, executive communication, and the ability to influence across a global organization. Our Team The Corporate Strategy team partners with Molex leaders to define strategic priorities, evaluate opportunities, and drive execution against the company's most important objectives. As a member of the team supporting Global Sales & Marketing, you will work at the center of Molex's commercial organization, helping leadership make informed decisions that strengthen customer engagement, improve commercial effectiveness, and accelerate profitable growth. For this role, we anticipate paying $200,000- $225,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
