Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Commercial Credit Support / Administration department. With minimal supervision this position will assume administrative services for various areas of the department, including but not limited to floor plan processing and centralized funding. An integral requirement is prioritizing and organizing responsibilities to assure timely completion for all assigned duties.

Essential Duties:

  • Process all aspects of commercial floor plan account activity.
  • Prepares advance and payment requests as needed. Including customer account deposit, debit, and gl tickets when needed
  • Process cross app for GL transactions, debits and credits from customers deposit account
  • Schedules floor plan inventory inspections with Banker.
  • Reviews loan documentation for accuracy and adherence to compliance and procedure.
  • Corresponds with Customers and Bankers to ensure all required documentation is received timely, identifies missing documentation and tracks for receipt timely.
  • Maintains department records through shared files
  • Review and process requests to and from participating/syndicate banks.
  • Review and process DocUSign funding
  • Review and process AirFleet funding
  • Communicate with other internal and external customers.
  • Adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Provide backup to all areas of the department, including but not limited to overdraft processing, construction monitoring, and centralized funding.
  • Maintain proficient knowledge of, and demonstrate ongoing compliance with, all applicable laws and regulations. Ensure ongoing adherence to pertinent policies, procedures, and internal controls, and meet all job-specific training requirements in timely fashion.

Ancillary Duties:

As an integral member of the Credit Support / Administration Department, this position is also responsible to provide assistance wherever necessary to help the Credit Support / Administration Department and the Bank in achieving their annual goals


Qualifications

Education, Training and Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in business desired; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Skills:

  • PC proficiency (with Microsoft Office Products and specific departmental software)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of commercial loans, processes, and procedures required.

Experience:

  • Three (3)- Four (4) years of related commercial loan experience required along with general office experience preferred.

Hours: 40 hours/week

Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
