About the Role

As a Senior Commercial Recruiter, you will serve as a strategic talent partner to sales leaders, helping build high-performing teams that drive business growth. You will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for sales and commercial roles, leveraging market insights, sourcing expertise, and a consultative approach to attract and hire exceptional talent.

This position primarily supports hiring across the Mountain (MST) and Pacific (PST) time zones and reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales and commercial positions, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Assess candidates and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and organizational fit.
• Consult leaders on talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices.
• Facilitate interviews, debriefs, and hiring decisions to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process.
• Develop and negotiate competitive offers to secure top talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Leverage recruiting metrics and market data to drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting sales, commercial, business development, account management, and sales leadership functions.
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and talent pipelining.
• Ability to influence and consult business leaders throughout the hiring process.
• Experience evaluating talent, developing offers, and successfully closing candidates.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting for B2B companies and supporting commercial or sales organizations.

Where You'll Work:

• This is a hybrid-based role that will sit out of our corporate headquarters in Downers Grove, IL.

Pay & Benefits:

• The salary range is $100,000 - 115,000. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
• The specific salary offered to a candidate may be motivated by a variety of factors including the candidate's meaningful experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
