The Managing Director - Private Wealth Client Services is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing a Private Wealth team of Client Service Associates who provide support services to our Private Banking team and their high net worth clients.

• You will manage and supervise a team that consists of Client Serices Associates, supporting our Private Wealth banking teams.
• You will provide leadership and authority in determining, appropriate business strategies and create efficiencies in order to provide best in class service to our clients.
• You will provideleadership in developing and implementing training for employees. You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, mentoring, performance reviews and corrective action up to and including terminating staff.
• You will lead the teams throughout the footprint by overseeing workflow and service levels for BOK Financial Private Wealthand performother such duties as may be necessary from time to time that are consistent with the duties of a managing director.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of financial services industry experience with emphasis on investment risk and high net worth wealth platform solutions, including fiduciary management.
