Outside Sales / Recyclable Materials Buyer Allied Resource Recovery, Inc Waukesha, WI Allied Resource Recovery is looking for an experienced B2B salesperson to help grow our commercial recycling business throughout southeastern Wisconsin. $60,000 base + commission + car allowance We're interested in candidates with experience in outside sales, industrial sales, manufacturing services, recycling, waste/environmental services, packaging, logistics, or similar B2B industries. Recycling experience is not required. We'll train the right salesperson on recyclable commodities, markets, pricing, and recycling solutions. You'll be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, visiting customer facilities, developing recycling solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing, and building long-term commercial relationships. ARR offers a 401(k) with a 100% company match, health insurance with 85% of the premium paid by the company, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, short-term disability options, and two weeks of PTO in your first year.
