Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday | 7 AM - 5:30 PM OR Thursday - Saturday | 6 AM - 6:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English or Spanish.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, scanning, and inventory tracking.

Experience Requirements

• 6+ months of previous experience in warehouse, order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, receiving, or distribution.
• Experience using RF scanners, pallet jacks, label printers, or warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with productivity and quality goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory and customer orders.
• Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable using touch-screen computers, scan guns, rolling carts, step ladders, and pallet jacks.
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Frequent bending, reaching, stooping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to safely operate a pallet jack and move products throughout the warehouse.

Job Duties

• Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Repackage and label products according to established work instructions and quality standards.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to process orders, track inventory, and enter product information.
• Load and unload boxes from conveyor lines, trucks, and warehouse storage locations.
• Build and palletize orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and rolling carts.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and shipping goals in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company procedures and safety standards.
• Support multiple departments and assist with additional warehouse tasks as needed.
