Production Associate

Paris, KY | $23.00/Hour | Full-Time | Onsite

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a growing manufacturing team in Paris, KY. This is a hands-on, labor-intensive role supporting packaging, material handling, and production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. Candidates with cGMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, life sciences, or manufacturing experience are highly preferred.

Schedule

• Day Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM
• Fully onsite position

What You'll Do

• Weigh, fill, package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Operate production equipment, scales, pumps, and filling systems following established procedures
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Handle chemicals and materials safely while following all safety protocols
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and workstation sanitation duties
• Follow cGMP guidelines, quality standards, and work instructions
• Support team operations and assist with general production tasks as needed

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of mechanical or electrical experience in an industrial, laboratory, educational, pharmaceutical, medical manufacturing, or production environment
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working in regulated environments or following cGMP procedures is highly desired
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical, medical device, or life sciences manufacturing experience
• Experience handling chemicals and hazardous materials
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to follow written procedures and work independently
