Winston Taylor is looking for a mid-level associate with at least two years of substantive asset management experience with extensive regulatory and compliance knowledge. The candidate should have experience with advising clients on investment management, regulatory and compliance matters related to the formation, structuring, and ongoing management of private investment funds (e.g., private equity and/or hedge funds) as well as their related investment advisers. Position requires a strong knowledge of the regulatory framework governing private investment funds and the candidate must have familiarity with, and a desire to become a subject matter expert on, the Investment Advisers Act and other related U.S. securities laws. We would prefer for the candidate to sit in our New York or Chicago office. All candidates should be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location
