Position Title: Warehouse
Wage: $18.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm Join a dependable, fast-paced warehouse team where you'll stay active, work hands-on, and play an important role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Don't miss this great potential to hire opportunity for a Warehouse role in Cedar Rapids, IA. Warehouse Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage - Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations - Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery - Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records - Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment - Load and unload materials as needed - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment - Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines - Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations Warehouse Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous warehouse experience preferred; 1+ year is ideal - Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred - Valid driver's license required - Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly - Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods - Ability to bend, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Dependable with good attendance and punctuality - Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment IND091 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
