Purpose of Role
Enable the ability to leverage trade and customer-facing events as a sales, marketing and branding tool.

Key Accountabilities Include
* Ensure managed events achieve brand and business objectives
* Events executed within approved budget
* Easy and efficient travel services are provided to YCA employees & customers

Primary Responsibilities Include
* Lead select tier 1, 2 and 3 tradeshow and customer-facing events
* Report on performance provide actionable insights
* Manage vendor relationships
* Adapt category strategies into event strategic plans
* Provide corporate travel services

* Project Procurement Management: Acquire products, services, or results from an external source; include contract management and control processes necessary to administer contracts, properly manage the buyer/vendor relationships, and manage the project's obligations to the vendor
* Project Scope Management: Ensure all project work is included, while maintaining appropriate limit and control of the scope

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is $88,000 - $109,000 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
• Final offers within the posted compensation range are based on qualifications, skills and experience required for the role.
