Job DescriptionThe Centralized Managed Support Operations (CMSO) organization is seeking a Knowledge & Learning Program Manager to serve as the dedicated Readiness Partner for the NSOC business unit. In this role, you will bridge the gap between formal technical training and in-the-moment knowledge sharing. You will be responsible for curating agile, role-based learning paths, championing industry-standard knowledge management best practices, and partnering cross-functionally to help ensure support teams are equipped to solve complex problems efficiently. The ideal candidate understands that learning and knowledge are not just administrative functions, but critical drivers of operational efficiency, faster resolution times, and elevated customer experiences. Target Base Salary Range:$90,000-$100,000 Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
