Construction Project Coordinator, Terafab

As a Construction Project Coordinator at Tesla,you'llfocus on the administrative and coordination aspects of construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and helping tofacilitatecommunication across teams.You'lloversee multiple projects from start to finish, supporting the Engineering and Construction teams in driving progress andmaintainingworkflow.

• Collect, manage, and distribute communications and reporting for the Construction team
• Act as a liaison between Engineering Program Managers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents
• Create and track workflows, including submittals, work approvals, and RFIs.Set priorities and manage daily
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and schedules. Highlight risks to Project Managers & Superintendents
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors
• Review project schedules for accuracy, verify field team updates, and construction metrics
• Create tracking profiles in BIM software and status field construction activities

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Primavera, and other project management tools
• Working knowledge of construction designs include MEP dense infrastructure projects
• Highly organized with the ability to set and prioritize construction tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, handling confidential information
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last-minute changes
