Branch Operations Internship: Are you interested in learning how branch operations support a strong member experience? This internship offers hands-on exposure to day-to-day branch processes, operational support, and projects that help improve efficiency across the organization.

Compensation: $17.30 per hour

Location: Position is on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Endwell, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ.

College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ or surrounding areas (Spring Semester January 2027-May 2027). Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.

What You'll Do

• Support branch operations through research, documentation, and process review.
• Assist with projects and process improvements that impact branch teams and the broader organization.
• Review operational documentation and identify opportunities for clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
• Participate in vendor testing and provide feedback on tools, workflows, or process updates.
• Provide project management support by tracking next steps, organizing information, and helping teams stay on schedule.

What Success Looks Like

A successful intern will contribute to meaningful process improvements, communicate clearly with branch and project partners, and help create organized, accurate documentation that supports stronger operational consistency.

Selected interns will be expected to work In-Person at our Saddle Brook, NJ location or our In-Person at our Endwell, NY location 120 hours over the course of the semester, averaging around 12-14 hours per week. If adjustments need to be made to accommodate class schedules or other duties, the intern can work with the manager to make those changes.
