This is a unique opportunity to lead integrated media strategies, collaborate with diverse teams, and emerge as a strategic thought leader.

You will stand at the forefront of developing sophisticated external marketing strategies, acting as a key advisor to business stakeholders on critical decisions around budget allocation, effective media leverage, and crucial branding and messaging within creative assets. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clearly communicate recommendations will be central to the team's success in a rapidly evolving market. This is an exciting chance to contribute to high-profile campaigns, ranging from national brand awareness initiatives to highly targeted performance campaigns across a spectrum of channels, directly impacting strategic business-to-business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement integrated media strategies designed to significantly drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

  • Serve as a strategic thought leader for business stakeholders, guiding critical decisions on media budget allocation and overall media utilization.
  • Provide crucial insights and recommendations on branding and messaging within creative assets to ensure precise strategic alignment and impact.
  • Support senior strategists on a diverse range of campaigns, including broad national brand awareness initiatives and performance-focused efforts across social, digital, custom partnerships, audio, CTV, and Out-of-Home (OOH) channels.
  • Build comprehensive media briefs, meticulously review media plans, and consolidate complex information into clear, compelling presentations for stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a strong and practical understanding of media specifications, trafficking processes, and robust campaign reporting and optimization techniques.
  • Clearly articulate challenges, propose innovative solutions, present strategic recommendations, and share perspectives to foster continuous team success in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in media planning and strategy.
  • Proven expertise in cross-channel tactical planning, effectively managing both performance and brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to construct precise audience profiles, create clear and impactful communication plans, and develop channel-level marketing strategies that directly align with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with traditional media channels (such as OOH, TV), digital advertising platforms, and social media platforms (including organic and creator campaigns), along with their seamless integration into multifaceted campaigns.
  • A strong track record of measuring campaign impact through various testing and measurement solutions, coupled with the ability to present results and future recommendations with clarity and conviction.
  • Proficiency working within syndicated research sources (e.g., MRI/Simmons, comScore) and social listening tools.
  • A proactive self-starter who operates autonomously with agility, possesses strong prioritization skills, and can effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • BS/BA degree required.
