Click the link below to learn more: SCHENCK USA CORP. - Have we met? - YouTube Responsibilities: Performsaccounts receivable and appropriate follow-up for all customers. Codes and posts customer payments to update accounts receivable aging ledger by customer. Utilizes and maintains customer portals. Prepares debit & credit memo processing and posting. Calls and/or emails correspondence to customers as necessary to update accounts. Performs account analysis of all A/R aging reports. Assists with data entry of monthly journal entries Assists with monthly accounting close and year-end audit. Must be a US Person High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of experience in high volume accounts receivables or general accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in processing invoices, processing payments, collections, and account records preferred. Good math and communication skills are required. Must have strong computer skills - proficient in MS office, specifically Word & Excel. Must have ERP/MRP experience, SAP preferred. Must be able to carry out simple instructions. Must have attention to detail. Must be available first and last 3 days of every month due to monthly/quarterly/year-end close.
