We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented team members to support daily operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for assisting in the production, packaging, and quality assurance of food products while maintaining strict safety, sanitation, and compliance standards.

Bottom line: keep the line moving, keep it clean, and keep it compliant.

• Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Package, label, and palletize finished goods according to specifications
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and food safety standards
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment (think audit-ready at all times)
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor production flow and report any issues or downtime immediately
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production preferred (but not required for entry-level roles)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math and counting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

• Ability to stand for 8-12 hour shifts
• Lift up to 25-50 lbs regularly
• Perform repetitive motions (lifting, bending, reaching)
• Work in varying temperatures (cold storage, hot production areas depending on department)

• Food production facility (may include refrigerated, wet, or humid areas)
• PPE required (hair nets, gloves, beard nets, safety glasses, etc.)
• Strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards
