What You'll Do:
- Perform systems engineering activities, including functional analysis, requirements allocation, interface definition, and technical trade studies.
- Support system integration, verification, and validation across all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept and design through testing, operation, and maintenance.
- Translate customer requirements into detailed hardware and software specifications while considering technical, cost, and schedule constraints.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to communicate technical processes, resolve challenges, and support project objectives.
- Monitor project performance, recommend process improvements, and contribute to achieving operational targets and overall program success.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Systems Engineering
- 4+years of experience in technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation.
What Sets You Apart:
- Systems Test experience (ability develop and write test procedures and verify requirements) or RF experience
- Stonge communication skills and documentation
- Ability to interact with senior customer organizations and personnel.
