Operations Administrator

• Process and track work requests and service tickets through completion.
• Assist with preventive maintenance scheduling and compliance.
• Maintain records associated with inspections, repairs, warranties, lost and found process, service contracts, and facility assets.
• Support response activities related to facility incidents and operational disruptions.
• Assist the Facilities Manager as an additional point of contact for facility related concerns.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of administrative assistant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and related applications.
• Experience with database management and accurate recordkeeping (SES experience a plus).
• Ability to collect and organize data and develop reports.
• Strong administrative and documentation skills.

• On-time delivery of operational reports and process updates.
• Effective collaboration and support across production and maintenance teams.
• Reduction in process errors and improved operational efficiency metrics.

• Work with advanced digital tools driving the future of sustainable mobility.
• Contribute to global projects that have tangible local impact in Baltimore.

• Salary Range: 65K-75K
