We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive post-sales customer success for our

EMEA customers. You will own customer outcomes across all three products, work with some of the

Your work will drive adoption, retention, and expansion, and you will partner closely with Support,

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-sales relationship and health for EMEA customers across AI Agent Security, WorkforceAI, and AI Red Team.
  • Engage with some of the largest enterprise customers in the world, including CISOs, Heads of IT, Heads of Security, and other senior stakeholders.
  • Lead onboarding and adoption programs that take customers from initial deployment to measurable security outcomes.
  • Build success plans with clear goals, milestones, and value metrics, and track progress with executive sponsors.
  • Drive retention and expansion by identifying new use cases, cross-product opportunities, and renewal risks early.
  • Oversee support escalations and ensure timely, high-quality resolution in partnership with the Support team.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.
  • Create repeatable playbooks, enablement content, and reporting for EMEA customer success.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Account Executives on account planning, renewals, and expansion strategy.
  • Work closely with the post-sales Solutions Architect, who serves as the technical resource for customers, to scope deployments, resolve technical blockers, and deliver technical value.
Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in customer success, account management, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS products, with a track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple products and drive outcomes across large, global enterprise accounts.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with CISOs and senior IT and security leaders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executives.
  • Data-driven approach to customer health, adoption, and retention metrics.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.

    Preferred
  • Experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, or AI/ML product environments.
  • Understanding of AI security concepts such as prompt injection, data leakage, model risk, and AI governance.
  • Experience selling or supporting products in the workforce or employee AI usage space.
  • Familiarity with red teaming, penetration testing, or security assessment workflows.
