This opportunity lets you assemble quality products, support production goals, and help transform individual components into finished products ready for customers. Packaging Operators are responsible for running all the equipment on a line, minor repairs and set up to tear down and wash outs. Responsible for meeting quotas on line. Must follow all GMP, safety and quality requirements. Job Duties Operate all equipment on the assigned packaging line Perform equipment setup, teardown, and washouts Complete minor machine repairs and adjustments as needed Meet daily production quotas and performance goals Follow all GMP, safety, and quality requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient production Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of packaging or manufacturing experience required Experience operating production line equipment Ability to perform minor machine repairs and troubleshooting Knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality procedures Strong work ethic and excellent attendance record required Resume required for consideration Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work throughout scheduled shifts Ability to safely operate production equipment and machinery Ability to perform machine setup, teardown, and washout procedures Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
