Job Duties Operate band saw equipment to cut materials according to specifications Operate production machinery as needed to support manufacturing operations Use a sit-down forklift to pull, transport, and stage raw materials Return unused materials to designated storage locations Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate material records Process production and inventory documentation in the ERP system Monitor material flow to support upcoming production schedules Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support warehouse and manufacturing operations as needed Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures Basic computer skills for ERP system data entry and paperwork processing Experience Requirements Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred Previous band saw operation experience required Experience operating sit-down forklifts Machine operating experience in a production environment Inventory control and cycle count experience Ability to accurately stage, track, and organize raw materials Physical Capabilities Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Work safely in a manufacturing environment Operate forklifts and industrial equipment safely Perform repetitive material handling tasks Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
