Job Summary The Sr. Employee Relations Consultant collaborates with leadership and team members on work-place issues to resolve them in an effective manner that aligns with Prisma Health's culture and policies.The Employee Relations Consultant is a subject-matter expert in employee relations and is required to analyze information and provide direction and recommendations quickly and effectively. The Sr. Employee Relations Consultant must be skilled in customer service, including the ability to build relationships with, listen to, and relate to both team members and leaders. The Sr. Employee Relations Consultant performs all the duties and responsibilities as the Employee Relations Consultant and has additional skills, experience, education, and/or knowledge they bring to the role which allows them to engage in more complex issues.
