JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Dickinson Law is seeking to hire numerous part-time hourly openings throughout the 2024-2025 Fiscal Year. Hours for each job will vary.

Job Duties
  • Typical duties could include research assistant and/or general office responsibilities.
Jobs to be filled include:
  • General Administrative Support for various offices including Admissions, Alumni Relations, Career Services, Communications, Development, and Student Services.
  • Library Information Resources and Services Support, Information Technology Support including Help Desk and AV, Law Clinics Legal Support and Faculty Research Support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Employment with the University may require successful completion of the Pennsylvania (PA) Publicly Available Clearances: PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check, and the FBI Criminal History Background Check.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here.
