Analyst, Financial Systems Position Summary: The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining and driving improvements to our forecasting tool Business Planning Consolidation (BPC). The Financial Systems Analyst also assists with various ad hoc analyses as necessary. Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain SAP-Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) technical environments; including dimensions, hierarchies, master data, run packages, script logic, templates, and reports
Lead quality assurance (QA) testing for all major system implementations and changes
Perform all weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc system functions including but not limited to forecasting packages, data loads, and flash reporting
Ensure integrity of all SAP-BPC data including forecast calculations, actuals in accordance with financial reporting, and data integrations from other systems
Collaborate with IT and business users to resolve BPC defects and enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities
Maintain system access in compliance with audit requirements
Update and maintain system documentation for end-users and BPC Administrative functions
Serve as point person for all system related questions, enhancement requests, and trainings
Ad hoc system reporting and analyses as assigned
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; OR demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a combination of a High School Diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
One (1) year of Finance or Accounting experience
One (1) year of system administration experience in SAP BPC or similar product
Extensive experience with Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient with Word and other Microsoft Office Products
Experience using Snowflake or similar SQL tool (MS SQL, Oracle, My SQL)
Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
Must pass a pre-employment drug test
Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Authorization to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience working with SAP Business Warehouse (BW) or similar tool
Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization tool
Experience using Snowflake or similar SQL tool (MS SQL, Oracle, My SQL)
Crewmember Expectations:
Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft

The base pay range for this position is between$62,400.00and $89,600.00 per year. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
