About the Role

Culmen International is seeking a Religious Service Coordinator for a future Health and Human Services opportunity.

The Religious Service Coordinator is responsible for sourcing religious services within the community and building relationships to be able to provide them to the youth in care.



What You'll Do in Your New Role

    Coordinate and facilitate religious services and activities for the unaccompanied minors, ensuring their spiritual needs are met.
  • Collaborate with religious leaders and volunteers from various faith communities to organize and conduct religious services, ceremonies, and rituals at the ICF site whether in person or virtually.
  • Assess the religious preferences and needs of the minors and provide appropriate resources and support.
  • Assist with the coordination of religious holidays and observances, ensuring cultural sensitivity and inclusivity.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to religious services provided and ensuring compliance with ORR guidelines and regulations.
  • Work independently, react to change productively, and handle other essential tasks as assigned while exercising a high level of confidentiality.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working with youth, preferably in an ORR setting.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) preferred.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License.
  • Possess a clear Tuberculosis test.
  • Ability to successfully clear a background check.
  • Ability to successfully clear a drug screening.
  • Provide immunization documentation for Tdap, Varicella, MMR, Hepatitis A and B, Varicella.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
